This this this smoothie.
I just love smoothies. Anytime of day, anytime of the year. This is the one I have been enjoying recently though.
It doesn’t look strawberry because of all of the white ingredients… but they’re in there!
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 8-10 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- optional – protein powder or spinach
1. Blend all of that goodness up.
2. Drink all of that goodness up.
