Saturday: 12 mile marathon training run
Monday: 5 rounds of leg tabatas: sumo squats, single leg squats, side lunge, reverse lunge, squat
Tuesday: 5 mile run ~ 9:13 pace (slowly trying to get some speed back!)
Wednesday: hill repeats w/ core work & tumbling class at night
Thursday: 6 sounds of tabatas: jump rope, squat & punch, jump rope, sumo squat with lateral leg raises, jump rope, and I can’t remember this last round for the life of me!
I just got back from a swell 14 mile training run! I’m going to a Luke Bryan concert tonight which should be a lot of fun and then planning on a low key Sunday. I hope you guys have a great weekend, too!
