Saturday: 14 mile marathon training run

Sunday: OFF

Monday: leg tabatas ~ squat w/ triceps kickback, squat w/ reverse fly, alternating lunge w/ bicep curl, sumo squat w/ lateral arm raise

Tuesday: 6 mile run ~ 9:05 pace

Wednesday: hill repeats & abs

Thursday: OFF

Friday: 3 mile neighborhood walk
